Thursday liao~~

Today morning training track..
so bored..
go thr..coach asked 4 of us to run 15 rounds in 50 minutes..
haha...^^
the problems are...
1. there a re only 4 of us coz sm, er and mao go bangkok for asian university volleyball championship ard..
2. 15 rounds in 50 minutes????
3. our new principle
~ u ask us to speed, we run..
~ u ask us to run, we jog..
~ u ask us to jog, we walk..
~ u ask us to walk, better we sit..
hahahahahaha^^
therefore, the conclusion is we juz jog.. and oni 8 rounds..haha..
half vry enuf le..
my knees also like wan to broke already..
only play indoor few days oni also like dis pain liao..
cannot imagine if really ah foo ask me to play tat game..
haha..
so hard to train indoor anymore..
but then afternoon we do gym..
still have to speed uphill..
OMG.....
luckily 5 rounds oni..haha..of coz we oni run 4 rounds oni la..
haha..dun say we lazy la..vry tired de leh...
haha^^
then go inside do gym..
today do 7 items, lat pull down,leg curl,leg extension,shoulder press,tricep extension,biseps curl,leg press respectively..
juz imagine, we finish them within 45 minutes..
haha.
then the core work we cannot escape..
reminding of myself wan to train my six pax..
must do must do...
haha..then after eat dinner,everything oso waste liao..haha^^
2mrw i heard my m3s teacher say he is not coming...haha..
well done..can slp in class liao..
or go tiup air cond in computer lab, or lepak in other class..
2mrw de things 2mrw oni say la..
2day is vry sleepy lo...
these few days oso vry sleepy...
like din sleep for many days.....
vry sleepppppppppy.....
now oso vry slepppepepepepepepyyyy....@.@
